The functional enrichment of HILPDA-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) was investigated by applying GO/KEGG pathway analysis, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), immune cell infiltration analysis, and protein-protein interaction network analysis. Employing Kaplan-Meier Cox regression and prognostic nomogram models, the clinical significance of HILPDA in LIHC was evaluated. The combined studies were examined and analyzed using the R package.
